THE CLIENTS
JAMILAH BARRY
We led the creative marketing for Jamilah Barry’s EP, Full Circle, including strategy, content development, and creative direction.
With Jamilah having been away from music for two years, our challenge was to reintroduce her brand and generate buzz. We achieved this by forging partnerships with Apartment Life, YAMS, Else Not Elise, and more.
As a result, we saw steady growth in streams, followers, and brand awareness, effectively setting the stage for her upcoming album release.
BURNA BOY
We elevated awareness of Burna Boy's "I Told Them" London Stadium Tour by leveraging our deep understanding of culture.
Knowing that Millennials and Gen Z thrive on community-driven conversations, we built a network of trusted platforms and tastemakers rooted in music culture. These individuals, using their credibility and authentic connections, sparked organic discussions about the tour.
This strategy generated over 100,000 impressions with a 3.6% engagement rate, demonstrating our ability to foster genuine connections and impactful engagement, leading to a sold-out show.
We created a culturally resonant networking event for BAME entrepreneurs in partnership with Google, driven by our deep understanding of the community's needs.
Recognising the lack of diversity in typical business events and the unique challenges faced by BAME founders, we curated a space with culturally relevant panellists and topics. The event featured a musical ambience and a familiar tone of voice, including relatable segments like "Trapper, Rapper, Baller."
This approach resulted in a sold-out event with over 120 attendees, demonstrating our ability to address cultural needs and foster meaningful connections.
NIZAM SPEAKS
We transformed Nizam Speak's spoken word poem "Dark Day" into a short film, addressing the issue of suicide among men under 45, often stemming from societal pressures that discourage emotional expression.
The film immerses viewers in the protagonist's isolation and internal struggle, beginning with a conversation where his mental health concerns are dismissed. The narrative builds to a powerful, open-ended climax, symbolizing the stark realities of mental health challenges.
The short film won "Best Video" at the UK Poetry Awards, underscoring the importance of seeking help for mental health issues.
